"Great for families with young children. Food is just OK. Reservation process for speciality restaurants is terrible, slow, difficult and frustrating. Restaurants were not full. Evening programs are fun and children's preshow is engaging. Rooms showing their age. Great beach. "

"We had several issues in our room - no hot water, a sink stopper that didn’t work. But customer service was great and immediately came and helped us. Only complaint is there is no chair in the rooms for reading. The staff was excellent and very accommodating."
