"Perfect location to access shopping, dining and public transport options. Comfortable beds. In room tv with casting from device never worked, wifi not great. A compendium in room instead of trying to download from QR code would have been better for info about the hotel (understand this is likely to decrease printing etc but QR codes didn’t work easily and no info about what time breakfast etc was or phone numbers within the hotel like housekeeping). Pool was quite cold even on a hot 30deg day, ?...

"Beautiful beds, pillows and towels. Rain shower head and great little lights lower down beside the bed and in the bathroom. Close to Wynyard station, QVB & Town Hall. "

"Tank Stream is in a good, central location. Our room was, as expected, on the small side but totally fine for our short stay. It was undergoing some reception renovation during our stay but no big hardship. Only one minor issue was the restaurant, which seemed to have lost my booking and could also not serve several menu items. Would recommend the hotel though."
