"The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, and I enjoyed having both Cracker Barrel and Waffle House in walking distance. During the day, the area is walkable. After it gets dark, a car is necessary to go to Cracker Barrel. There is a shuttle to and from the airport and the hotel. I hope to return again!"

"We stayed here one night to take the shuttle for an early flight out of Charlotte. We took the shuttle at 5:30 AM. The driver was very friendly and helpful, loading our luggage for us. It was a 6 minute ride to the airport and he dropped us off at the departure terminal. When we got back, 5 days later, we called the hotel and they had a driver come pick us up within 15 minutes.
