"The staff were so kind and helpful here- there was hot water in the shower and bathrooms were clean, which was lovely. The front desk staff have plenty of recommendations for meal reservations, and were even able to get us into a room early. We would absolutely stay here again "

"We had a family suite which was nice for 4 adults. The proximity to transportation was excellent. The train is just a 5 min walk. And there is a grocery store very close by. I would recommend this hotel but the only downside was the bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. "

"What a gem of a hotel! My room was pretty small (it was called a “Small” after all) and the stairs were very steep and narrow (seems to be normal for Amsterdam), but my room could not have been more comfortable and the service at the hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. It is not a 5-star hotel, so expecting that type and level of service would be a mistake. It has a vibe and service more like a bed and breakfast or boutique inn. Come with a good attitude and reasonable...
