"Fabulous stay, such a lovely location/hotel & very well looked after during our visit"

"We booked into this property , we were not told in booking that renovation work was being carried out which was very inconvenient. You had to access hotel via underground car park . Air con/heating system in room did not work first night was positively cold despite a spell of good weather a heater was provided . The water for showering was cold/ lukewarm. . Understaffed second morning of breakfast I actually went and lifted pot of coffee tea for myself and sisters . The hotel is run down and...

"Staff are lovely and very accomodating. Its an old building with a bit of a musty smell. "

"The renovations in the hotel have given it a whole new lease of life. Very elegant now and the rooms are stylish and very comfortable. The staff were so helpfull and friendly. We used the new spa which is really nice and also the pool area as well. We couldn't fault it at all. Food was excellent in the Dormy Bar and Restaurant and overall we loved it visit. We'll definitely be back"

"Staff at frontdesk and in breakfast and casual dining restaurants were all friendly and very helpful. We were given recommendations about placesto vist with our children and were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family."
