"The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping street and it is within 5 mins walking distance to multiple subway and train stations. The location is superb convenience to reach Dotonbori, Kuromon market, train, subway and various shopping centre and streets. At first I was worried about the hotel conditions after reading some of the low rating reviews. However the actual experiences turned out to be great. We were staying at oriental quality floor and the room was clean without any smoking...

"I like the cleanliness of rooms and hotel staff service. Comfy beds. Water bottles provided daily. Convenient to subway stations. One suggestion for improvement is to provide more laundry machines and to adopt a policy where hotel staffs can remove clothing from dryers if guests leave their clothes in machines more than 30 minutes after the cycle ends. Some guests leave their clothes in for hours and prevent others from using."
