We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "

"The area was nice, but i will say parking is terrible in that area. There’s a garage nearby that says it’s 24 hours but it isn’t… we drove around for ages to find parking when we got in around 1am so that was lame but the property itself was awesome. We love using Sonder and do it every chance we can find one. Check in is easy with the app and using the phone as a key is convenient too. It’s basically just an apartment you can stay in, so i really enjoy it"

"We had an amazing stay, unfortunately the only parking was in a parking garage and you get charged anytime your vehicle leaves so we spent a pretty penny just to get to and from. Regardless the room and building itself was nice and clean, we also enjoyed the pool! Definitely recommend!"

"The building was quiet, clean, and very convenient to restaurants and even a grocery store (Aldi is a block away). I would definitely consider staying here again. My only complaints are (1) snow removal and (2) the shower water pressure. (1) During my stay, Philly experienced a snow event. It wasn't anything major, about 4-6 inches of snow fell. My complaint is that no one from the building or property bothered to shovel the sidewalk or put down any salt beforehand in front of the building,...

"Perfect location if you want to experience downtown Pittsburgh. Comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of The Strip and the Train Stop. The only thing that was disappointing was that the windows weren't clean so we couldn't see outside very well. "
