"Despite their limitations with English, staff were very courteous and professional. Henry Ventura, our concierge made sure we were satisfied with everything, and if we weren’t, he fixed it. Pedro, the chef was accommodating and excellent. Santo/waiter, always courteous & kind. Junior at the taxi stand - always very helpful. I missed our housekeeper but she also was excellent!! We will be back with family!"

"The place is nice beach is great staff super friendly, how ever the place could use an upgrade, rooms are old. The entertainment is good, food is ok, pools are clean and if you love Canadians you will be surrounded by them lol we where the only people from the States."
