"I first want to thank the entire OC staff. I ended up at this hotel due to a bad experience my 1st few hours in Puerto Rico at another hotel. I quickly booked this hotel thru a 3rd party and arrived around 11am. Yelena was amazing & very informative during the check in process. "The resort is beautiful, clean, with nice amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And we really enjoyed the lobby and the live music in the evenings. The construction however is a huge inconvenience. Only 2 elevators going to the lobby was horrible. You need to add 10 mins to you leave time because of it. Outside of that, loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. "
