"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "The hotel was on the river front and our room had a lovely terrace and a great view of the water. The room was very large and well decorated with drink making facilities available. The bathroom was modern with a lovely shower. Breakfast was good with a nice selection to offer, including some hot food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two small minuses were, no lift to our room and the hairdryer was absolutely useless. "

"Great stay at HotelG. Was initially concerned that the room might be too small but it was clean, bright and spacious enough for us (2 adults and 1 child sharing the bed). Fantastic location just next to the Koblenz Hbf and walkable to most places in town. Also very close to the river side where there is a very long walking path to enjoy along River Rhine. Excellent stay all in. "

"Second time staying here when using Hahn airport. It's a few minutes walk from the terminal but there is a shuttle bus as well. There is plenty of parking for those driving. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant was packed with parties but the helpful staff found me a spot so I could eat. Breakfast was good and checkout was quick. "
