"The staff of the hotel was very cooperative and helpful. When I moved in, the safe wasn’t working so they replaced it by my first request and did it almost immediately. The hotel was nice overall but felt a bit worn out, felt like it was last remodeled about 20 years ago, but nevertheless clean. Keep in mind that Copacabana is not necessarily the safest area for a tourist. I liked the hotel but my next time in Rio I will probably stay in Leblon or Ipanema."

"The hotel offers good WiFi and bathrooms. The AC was also great, which I really liked. My only complaint was the rude behavior of the “manager.” I thought he was the main security guard because of his attitude. Usually, managers want to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests, but this wasn’t the case. Additionally, the elevators were out of order for half of the time. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the hotel. Just skip the manager with the gray suit. "
