"I believe that this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in! When my daughter and I arrived, we were told we were given an upgrade. What a pleasant surprise!!! Wow! The sale and bathroom were wonderful. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. And the pillows! Fantastic location. We had dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately, they were out of numerous product. "

"What a great location! My daughter and I stayed for 1 night. We had a fantastic view of the castle! The most comfortable Bed and a pull out couch. We lucked out when we arrived because there was an outdoor market across from the hotel. We found and purchased some great items and food. We were within walking distance to the castle and shops/streets. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The hotel staff were very accommodating."

"Great location. Easy access to to Glasgow university grounds. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Clean rooms but slightly outdated and my nightstand lamp was out of service but I didn’t feel like the front desk host was going to assist me due to the fact that he seemed bothered when we checked in. Otherwise i would recommend "

"This hotel suited our purposes for a night. Staff were friendly and breakfast was okay. It is attached to the train station and was centrally located. We parked at a nearby parking garage."
