"First time in Kobe. Nice hotel in the harbor. I stayed in a corner suite on the 9th floor. Had a great view of the harbor. Was nice to sit out on the deck at night and have a drink. The second morning staying a cruise ship pulled up right beside the hotel. It was so quiet you wouldn't even know they were coming in. Sitting on the 9th floor.I was the same height at the top of the ship. Was fun sipping morning coffee in my robe watching them come into port Good location 10 minutes walk from Kobe...

"Close to Mishima Station. Staff are nice. However, can hear passing train’s noise at sleep time."

"Warm, friendly staff who worked very hard to accommodate our Western meal preferences. The chef was extraordinary and the hiking on Jogasaki coastline was spectacular. The onsen was a special treat."

Parking was free and easy, and the property was next to the beautiful park which we enjoyed the peak season of cherry blossoms. We had a room with full view of beautiful Mt.Fuji. We would stay here again, probably during the autumn color season. "

"Its my second stay here. It is very good , but better the first time , the private room was surprisingly much noiser than the share room i had last time . Noise through the walls , could easily here people talking loud and snoring, noise at 3am 4am 5am from floor above . Still , probably id come back , but only ina shared room which strangely was quieter. "
