The staff doesn’t really do a good job telling you about the property of amenities. They are a bit focused on getting you to attend a presentation. "The villa needs some work. The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced. The beds need upgraded mattresses and new bedding. Lastly, the entire villa needs to be deodorized. It has a horrible smell of smoke. This villa would be an excellent stay, if these items are remedied. "

"We booked at Club Wyndham at the Grove through Expedia. Somehow, they over booked and our reservation was canceled. We didnt know until we were checking in, after hours of driving. It was an awful experience. After speaking with Expedia,for sometime and getting hotels moved twice, we were sent to Ocean Drive Resort.
