"Staff are warm n welcoming, always with a smile,especially boss Insuk n the Choon, the lady who checked me in(hope i got d name right). Housekeeping does great job in cleaning n changing towels daily. Would be great if there was a closet to hang clothes. Bus stop for Airport limousine is conveniently located across d hotel, only 2 minutes walk. Thanks Insuk n team for your hospitality "

"A quiet location in the heart of Insadong and within easy walking distance of several tube lines and key tourist attractions in the north of the city. Staff were nice and friendly. They also give out a photocopied sketch map highlighting different local restaurants/cafes. The attached Sunbee cafe really only serves drinks so don't count on it for breakfast although there any plenty of other options nearby."
