"We were delighted to arrive to the Litli Geysir only to find out we were upgraded to the beautiful Hotel Geysir right next-door. We were not told the reason, but we certainly appreciated it. Our room was cozy and comfortable. We especially loved the shower. We had dinner at the Hotel Geysir, which turned to be as expensive as a one nights stay in a hotel. $200 is pricey to have to send my fish dinner back to the kitchen because it was cold when it was served. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay....

"This was a good hotel to stay at but the food was way overpriced. The layout of the room was unique. The shoer was in a sperate room from the toilet and sink, which helped 2 people get ready at once. I liked that part. "
