"Good location on the main east-west thoroughfare between the older and newer parts of the city. Spacious lobby with comfortable sofas for lounging and free flow of coffee and milk tea. The rooms on the yet-to-be-renovated floors are oldish but quite well maintained and clean. Excellent buffet breakfast with good variety of food is served at the spacious 7th floor with good city view. "Convenient check-in and great location"

"The hotel room is kinda creepy when you get inside and the room is on the basement as well as the cr is kinda dirty. The aircon cannot control by the guests that’s why mostly of our stay the temperature from the aircon is really hot we even sweat while sleeping because it’s too hot. But the hotel stuff are approachable in any way."

"Great hotel. It's important to know that they use self check-in machines, and your reservation belongs to Expedia rather that Hotels.com. We forgot about this and had some trouble checking-in. Glad that there was a friendly staff came out to help. "
