"Since our arrival until our check out, our time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co has been fabulous. The only negative is that we stayed for only 5 nights. I wish it could have been more. Our lagoon view villa was beautiful, designed in a traditional style. Our preference over a large scale hotel resort. We had the use of bicycles for our stay which was perfect for getting around the complex. Lovely little paths and pretty lantern lit bridges to cycle or walk through. "We're glad to just stayed for one night to this hotel (originally planning to stay for two nights but they don't have extra room the next day). Start with the check in staff cant find our reservation so we have to wait until ok. They want us to pay $5 extra to check in early as we arrived 1:15 pm. We wait for 2 pm. Room very spacious, one light on the wall so kinda dark. Table lamp is not working, over all the room is old. Bathroom ok. The big disappointment!!! is the Wi-Fi, works for few...
