"Great location with subway next to the hotel, a starbucks downstairs for a quick coffee and shops galore outside. I was worried it may be quite a loud area but the hotel was lovely and quiet. The bathroom was nice and the shower was particularly great. My only gripe was that i didn't feel the room was very well hoovered/cleaned prior to our arrival, there was a bit of grubbiness on the window seal and the massage chair in the room was particularly grubby with bits and bobs in the gaps of it. "A bit away from the business of Ginza but still close enough to the action. Rooms are the typical small portions in Japan but at 18 sq meters, we didn't have much room to fully open our checked luggage. However, the best thing about the room was the washer-dryer, even if it did take a while for the load of laundry to be completed."

"羽田にフライトの到着が遅れたので電車がなくなり、やむを得ず一泊しました。羽田からタクシーで 深夜料金になり3500円でした。最寄駅はJR蒲田駅で徒歩４分です。とても狭い部屋でしたが、機能的に作られていました。バスルームに浴槽はなくシャワーのみでした。バスルームは清潔で新しかった。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープは普通に使えるものでした。バスタオルはしっかりしたもので使い心地がよかった。 アメニティが弱く綿棒、ティシュペーパーが見当たらなかった。冷蔵庫は開け方が分からず使えなかった。 湯沸かしポットはあるが、ティーバッグ、インスタントコーヒーはなかった。セーフティボックスは小さな棚から引き出すタイプで、使い方がわからず難儀しました。簡単な朝食つきとのことでしたが、本当に簡素でしたのでヨーグルトだけいただきました。 ベッドは布団がふかふかでよく眠れました。フロントの対応は親切で感じが良かったです。"
