"Great location, comfortable hotel. The massage chair whilst it might be nice for some people it felt a bit gimmicky for me and took up valuable luggage storage space in a typical small Japanese hotel room. Will happily stay again."

"Close to the subway station east Ginza. Convenient location for shopping and there are some popular restaurants in the area. Complimentary coffee every day is a real plus. The laundry machine in the room is not really necessary but for someone that needs it might be a plus. For us it took some precious room space. "

"羽田にフライトの到着が遅れたので電車がなくなり、やむを得ず一泊しました。羽田からタクシーで 深夜料金になり3500円でした。最寄駅はJR蒲田駅で徒歩４分です。とても狭い部屋でしたが、機能的に作られていました。バスルームに浴槽はなくシャワーのみでした。バスルームは清潔で新しかった。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープは普通に使えるものでした。バスタオルはしっかりしたもので使い心地がよかった。 アメニティが弱く綿棒、ティシュペーパーが見当たらなかった。冷蔵庫は開け方が分からず使えなかった。 湯沸かしポットはあるが、ティーバッグ、インスタントコーヒーはなかった。セーフティボックスは小さな棚から引き出すタイプで、使い方がわからず難儀しました。簡単な朝食つきとのことでしたが、本当に簡素でしたのでヨーグルトだけいただきました。 ベッドは布団がふかふかでよく眠れました。フロントの対応は親切で感じが良かったです。"
