Things that stand out are Luca at breakfast every morning, bottle of bubbles brought to the room for my husbands birthday, and sending me my pajamas when I accidentally left them the day we checked out. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."
