"The Hotel and location are great, our issue was that next door to the hotel is a shipping dock and a shipyard, a barge was continuously running a bilge pump, and the ship yard continuously banging on the hull renovating an old ship, in turn very noisy during the day and night especially if out on the balcony."

"A 3-4 star Hotel/Resort very nice located next to the sea and at the end of town. Walking distance to town and still relatively quiet. A smaller, but clean pool. Very good breakfast - buffet with eggs at your choice. Very friendly staff - also helped arranging tours. The Hotel/Resort had a very nice "vibe" about it!!"

"Coco Beach resort is a small, quiet and local property. It’s out of town which is great if you are after a quiet experience, and you can snorkel the reef in front of the property. Negatives are the road from town (holes and potholes). The cost of food at the restaurant is also pretty high. If you have expectations of an international chain style accommodation, you will be disappointed. However it is a lovely, basic resort which is warm and welcoming. "The highlight is the fantastic reef snorkelling at a nearby beach - about a 30 minute walk from the resort. The staff and local community were very welcoming and happy to have a chat and show you around. However probably don’t go if you are bothered by getting too close to nature - i.e rats in your room - as the resort is in the bush and rooms are ‘rustic village’ style and reasonably open to the elements. I liked it but didn’t sleep much! "
