"This will never be a 5 star hotel but we were made welcome and it was clean and tidy. I have given it good scores for the price. The bonus was that there was an english speaking person to help us check in, which is unusual in venezuela outside a resort. The breakfast was a toasted cheese and ham sandwich and coffee, which was good and fresh. It should be noted that there appear to be smoking rooms, but the slight smell is taken away with the air conditioning, which is new and works...
