"I don’t like you can’t book your car in advance even though I was told to call 2 days in advance but when a spot came available we were alotted one. Love our discount Expedia gave us for our carpark. Staff were helpful with a few small things eg no teaspoons Love the pool. We were out a lot visiting my daughter. Unfortunately there were a lot of stains on the carpet and lounge. Our room was always well cleaned with fresh towels and bed made and amenities replaced eg tea coffee milk etc which...

Its an old school 5 star hotel with nothing to complain about by any means but the rooms are perhaps ready for a bit of a revamp. Still perfectly clean, comfy and great of course. The cocktail bar was solid. Decent happy hour, moody, chill, had a great few drinks there. Location and that iconic entry and lobby was cool. Enjoyed the stay bit might try something a little more butique next time. "
