"Even though I requested a quiet room on a high floor, I was placed right below the restaurant, where I heard things being moved all afternoon and evening, past midnight and again early in the morning. Fortunately, they moved me to a much better room the next day. The buffet was excellent, with a variety of Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese food, and I could enjoy the view of the river.
