"Room was very clean. Shampoo, body wash and toothbrush provided. A bath mat and Hand towel would have been useful. Bottle water is available for purchase at reception I believe. Tv, fridge, aircon amc fan. Has an elevator. Hotel arranged for motorbike rental 150k a day delivered and picked up from Hotel. Parking is inside the hotel gates. "

"We arrived and the room was not ready, not even clean. they just changed the bed sheets but didn't make sure the bathroom was clean. We had to request to remove the previous guests garbage and get them to wash the bathroom. Ammenities were not supplied, we had to asked everytime for them. The closet was broken and the door fell on my foot and I almost broke my toe. We informed the person in charge but didn't do anything about it. The installations are fine. They just need to improve 200%...

"Everything is good. Friendly staff and good service, excepting for the room we booked. I expected my room with the window so that i could have a good view. Thus, I booked the premium deluxe double bedroom with the window. When I checked in, they gave me the room with frosted window where I couldn't open or look outside. I told staff to ch ange the other room as I booked for more than 1 week. Staff was very helpfull but unable to find the double bedroom with the window. A bit disappointed as it...

"Nice hotel. Good location for HCMC-UT university visitors. Good buffet breakfast although it was usually late to serve in the morning. Internet was intermittent but the staff was cooperating to change room for better reception."
