"The room was spacious and modern. Located in the old town but somewhat away from the main areas although close to public transport options. It very clearly indicates self check in and there is no one onsite to assist - and not too responsive to emails either - I sent a request via the hotel.com platform and did not receive any answer. There are standard emails that are sent to you to provide guidance for self registration , locker service and access to keys but these are not sufficiently clear...
