"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "

"This hotel is very centrally located, with a unique concept. Loved the bar and reception area, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was amazing, with a large bathroom and eco-friendly set up. The walk to the room was a bit longer than expected, but with the size and set up of the room, it was well worth the walk. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Geneva. Loved everything about the hotel. "

"Great property with quick access to trains & all public transportation. Good convenient shopping and short walk to lake promenade. Room was very clean comfortable, a balcony and a full bathtub to boot!! Somewhat noisy at night but you’re in the heart so is to be expected. Really enjoyed my stay there. "
