"Beautiful location, overlooking the River Exe, our room was excellent. The Staff were lovely & friendly a special mention for Chelsea, who seemed to be working every hour of every day! Plus the twins, Hannah & Kate, who served us. Only down side for me was the selection of beers and the prices of drinks & food. Though, the bar & restaurant were always busy."

"Delightful Tudor pub with 7 bedrooms in a quiet village. Tis was a perfect stopover and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the main pub area in the morning. Will definitely come back and recommend."

"The hotel was a joy to stay at. The staff are fabulous and Nicole at breakfast was so lovely. The food was really good and would recommend the Argento rose as a perfect end to the day. The bar staff would look after an open bottle for us in the fridge. The rooms were so comfortable and the bathroom was perfect and clean. I am definitely coming back on my next visit to Dartmoor. Thank you to all the staff for creating a welcoming hotel."

"Great location and parking for Tiverton centre, easy walk to centre. Rooms were clean and very spacious, hotel is undergoing some refurbishment but this didn't affect our stay. Good breakfast and evening food, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking available. Will stay again."
