"We used this as a base for visiting Venice. Great price and free & secure car parking combined with a 5 min walk to the regular & efficient train service (euro 1.5 pp) made this a good option for us. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and a decent breakfast was provided. Room was fairly basic but was clean and provided what we needed as we were out for most of the day."

"This was a lovely stay for our first time in Venice. We had a great view of the canal and the room was very spacious. The only challenge was walking up the stairs with our luggage since there is no elevator but other than that, it was very convenient location and beautiful place. Just an FYI, it is mentioned on the description that there in no staff on site. They were good about keeping contact via WhatsApp. Also, you cannot control the thermostat. Luckily it was cool enough at night to not need...

The location is great - close to all the main attractions and right on a vaporetto stop There are plenty of good bars / restaurants on the doorstep for breakfast (which isn’t offered in the hotel but there was a fridge and coffee machine which was more than enough) Easy to communicate with - very helpful with transfers, restaurants etc The rooms are modern but many retain the charm of the old building (the suite was exceptionally good value) "
