"Overall it was good experience, we’ve been to this hotel 2nd time, but I must say, 6 years ago it was wonderful, now just good. The grounds and beach are the best (the water is the most beautiful), food was just fine, we liked the most the service and food at Grill. For the things we don’t like was our room (it had had some stains on the floor on both sides of the bed, something was spilled, and when communicated it - they just advised that that’s the kind of floor and they are not able to...

"The hotel was very well kept inside and out although maybe a little dated. The rooms really need to have proper bathroom doors. The current design doesn’t provide much privacy. The entire staff was wonderful…..very friendly, warm and responsive. They seemed to genuinely care that their guests have the best experience possible. The hotel provided transportation everywhere around the property making it so easy to get around. Our vacation was spectacular."

"La peor experiencia en un hotel en construcción lleno de obreros, con un solo restaurante abierto, sin bartender ni servicio en piscina ni playa en fin una pesadilla no unas vacaciones en Punta cana. Llegamos en la noche tarde y al otro día al ver el escenario solicitamos cancelar, pague otro hotel por expedía y aún no me quieren devolver el dinero de esta obra que no se le puede llamar hotel para vacacionar. Espero nadie vaya sin saber que es una pura estafa. Es decir no está apto para vender. "

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."
