You could spend more elsewhere and get less. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Majestic and enjoyed the interaction with all the staff we met. There are only three hotels we would stay at in Ho Chi Minh City and one of them is the Majestic and we would have no hesitation in staying there again."

"All the services and facilities were excellent, and I was very satisfied. However, there was an issue with the taxi arranged by the hotel after check-out. The driver charged 1,350,000 VND for a trip to the airport, which took about 20 minutes. This was more than ten times the price compared to Grab services. It seemed like the driver was trying to overcharge me, but I had no choice but to pay because of my flight schedule. The hotel should ensure that taxi drivers they arrange are properly...

"It was efficient, comfortable and friendly. For a westerner breakfast lacked fruit and cereal breadth. No real dining options in house but fine in the area so no real issue. Good free afternoon high tea. Lack of wine by the glass poor IMO. "
