"The location of this property is great. I had an issue one day when I had the “Privacy Please” sign on the door. The cleaning associate ignored my request and went in the room and cleaned it. I had the curtain down and it was partially lifted. I was disappointed that they even went into the room. "

"Loved the location, even though it not walkable. There was a very loud dog barking in the middle of the night and the phone by the bed went off twice for no reason. I didn't think pets were allowed. "

"The Element is a very simple, yet functional stay. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice but it seriously needed some drawer storage space. The bathroom was roomy, clean, and had the beast shower I’ve ever experienced in a Miami hotel. They also had a fantastic complimentary breakfast! All in all, I’d stay there again!"
