"We were upgraded for free, which was lovely! The room is very clean, and the hotel in general is very clean, laundry in the basement was amazing to have. The front desk was very nice and when we had an issue with our a/c I contacted them and they fixed it right away(you don’t have control of a/c, they do at front desk). "The check-in was fast and the person at the counter was nice. The hostel is right in the middle of everything you want to see in Sevilla, extremely convenient! There are guests who cleaned? I don’t know! But they were always keeping the common areas clean. The building is a little run down but is because is kind of historical, I guess. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom was on the second floor, other than that, I loved this place. "

"I loved everything in there. Rita and Olívia are so kind and welcoming. They made the difference even before my check in texting me to make sure I was in good spot. I loved the option to go to the rooftop of the another location and party in there as well. I highly recommend and I will most likely go back. "

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed in in Spain. The room was very below par with almost everything broken. The bed was uncomfortable you sunk right in. The bathroom was disgusting. This is nothing but a run down airbnb. There are much better accommodations in Seville I want to warn you STAY AWAYYY. Service was shady only one person was nice named Faundo who we met on the second day. Everything else was beyond terrible never again! "
