Rudely and without proper explanation was forced to move to a completely different brand hotel, late at night without assistance. Zero compassion from the hotel, zero attempt to apologise, and zero compensation. A huge thumbs down from both the hotel itself, and Hotels.com, who didn't seem to understand or care about the situation either "

"The A Loft met all of my expectations! They were welcoming and had a very clean place. The A Loft is conveniently located downtown Brooklyn near many shopping places and a nice food court directly across the street!"

"This area is lovely within easy distance of the marina/promenade and lots of great eateries and quirky shops at Cobble Hill. There is also a couple of conveniently close subway stations that will take you to Manhattan or to JFK."

"We had two rooms and they were clean and next to each other. The morning cafe was efficient, clean, and delicious. Every teammate (from the front door to hotel rooms) at the hotel was pleasant, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting both Brooklyn and Manhattan. We had events planned in FiDi and Williamsburg and could easily travel over the bridge for all events. Best Weekend."
