"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. When we checked in, one of the meal cards for the second room was missing, however, when we asked for it, it was quickly corrected. Staff speak multiple languages, so...

"A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "
