"We loved our stay, it was convenient to many locations, the breakfast made fresh and different meals each day, the room was simple and modern and the staff was small but outstanding. We loved Ana our host who took take of getting us a private tour guide to the Pyramids, sent us a private chofer for our arrival at the airport and provided tons of recommendations to eat. Ana you're the best. "

"Perfect place two blocks from El Zócalo. The hotel is a well kept property that had a fresh smell upon arrival not only at the lobby but also the room. Super comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Kept the rating at 4 based on the lack of a soap dish in the shower. There was no towel rack for the hand towels and the morning coffee at breakfast was cold.The terrace on the 5th floor is nothing like they present in pictures, all the fancy patio furniture is gone and it had stacks of chairs.
