"Hotel staff throughout the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. They gave great recommendations when the restaurant we wanted to go to for dessert closed early. The VIP benefit was not available, as Expedia stated it would be, however the front desk gave us a $15 credit for the onsite restaurant to use.
