"After objecting to the room they had assign us to ,we were assigned to another room more appropriate for what we were paying then after checking out our visa had a charge $200 more for incidentals & we were told it would probably come off our Visa in a couple of days?? never experienced this before, but breakfasts were good & the room was well supplied & clean"

"This was a lovely property with many amenities such as the spa, fitness center, shuttle, restaurant within walking distance to the galleries, shops and restaurants however some of the rooms felt old and dark. The staff was very accommodating when my first room had an old carpet odor. Our second room was much better. My friend also had to change her first location. Fortunately the staff was so helpful and understanding. "
