"The only thing better than the hotel itself is the stellar staff. We went for our honeymoon and every single person working there made us feel special. The room was beautiful with a great view. "Enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend. We stayed here w two kids and the free breakfast was their favorite. The room is clean and comfortable, super easy to get around the city. The bus to take you to Pike Place is a short 5 min away !"

"It’s very close to the monorail and a walkable distance from everything I wanted to go to. I do not recommend the food in their cafe, but there is a cafe across the street that’s very good and has a cozy cafe vibe. The water in the shower only got lukewarm on the 2nd day. I like the games they have set up in the lobby. Most employees are 5 stars."
