"I had an excellent experience staying at Acta Atrium. The staff were friendly, especially Priscilla and another lady (of Italian origin). Additionally, the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. I would recommend Acta Atrium to anyone going Barcelona. "It was my 6th or 7th stay at the property and as is usual the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that on my last stay I had an issue with the air conditioning and despite asking for management to respond they never did and didn’t address my negative review that I previously posted. For a hotel to stand out a reputation can be improved by solving issues. However it’s a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and a special mention to Victor in the bar/ restaurant...
