"I chose this hotel due to its idyllic look & since I was traveling with 4 colleagues, they all booked here too. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. "Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable lodging in a central location. Small water bottle in room at arrival would have been nice, but local mints in bathroom and Christmas chocolate on pillow were very thoughtful. Would also have liked to see homemade jam instead of high glucose factory stuff as an extra touch at breakfast. Blackout curtains worked and bathroom was modern and spacious. Would definitely stay again. "

"Das Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung. Ich hatte ursprünglich die Ruhestörung am 07.12. gemeldet. In der Zwischenzeit hat sich das aber geklärt. Der Hotelbetreiber ist schon mit den örtlichen Behörden im Kontakt, um das zu lösen. Die Ursache liegt nicht am Hotel selbst, sondern wurde durch Dritte verursacht, die gegenüber wohnen. Ansonsten kann man in diesem Hotel nichts besser machen. Freundlichkeit wird GROßGESCHRIEBEN, Sauberkeit, Frühstück bestens. Auch die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende...
