The hotel staff are professional and friendly and very helpful making for a relaxing stay . When booking we choose the club rooms , these are slightly larger than average and come with access to their club lounge where you can relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Great value, great staff and great location. "

"The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. "
