"The staff at reception goes above and beyond to help you with your vacation. The rooms are beautiful and ours even had a tub with separate shower. Breakfast was the traditional German spread of meats, cheeses, bread and eggs. The hotel is about a block from the old town square and walkable to all the site."

"Very disappointing. Room was large and spacious, but we quickly realised that the bathroom was very dirty (body fluids, hair, etc) and the shower head and taps were covered in limescale. The mini-fridge was brown with mould in the back and the edges of the carpets were covered in dust and dirt, as were the tables. There was a large dark dirty mark on the carpet, as well as some smaller ones. We cleaned the room and bathroom as best we could. We had travelled 7 hours and just wanted a meal and...

"Great central location off the main square and within walking distance of the Pilsener Urquell brewery. Great front desk service to the point where the clerk hopped in our car and guided us to free public parking. Spacious room, nice breakfast included «  of course »."
