"Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. "Great space and facilities. Disssapointed with cleanliness considering a 10am checkout and a 5pm check in (dirty skirting boards, toilet surrond not cleaned, coffee stains on kichen wall, dusty towel radiator). Bathrooms could do with a refurbishment. Curtains and lamps in main bedroom in need of replacement and a horrible smell in the porch needs attention. Dried congealed sugar in sugar bowl. "Cottage pleasant, bed comfortable and well equipped. However, bathroom floor desperately needs some attention as floods bathroom floor and is in danger of flooding bedroom as floor is not level to drain properly. No shower gel as advertised.Pint of milk in fridge on arrival would have been helpful. The bottom of front door needs attention as warped, meaning you can’t fasten bottom bolt. Having said this, we would still come again but floor could Bea danger to people."
