"My husband, son and I experienced our first night in Japan at JAL Haneda Hotel West Wing and it was the perfect stay. The shuttle from Haneda International was on time and incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were friendly/welcoming; they helped us understand how to work the AC on this balmy day and were so attentive when our key card had an issue and they fixed it immediately. The AC worked GREAT! The quadruple room was so comfy for us. Two queen beds fit the need for the three of us as we are tall. The city view from the window showed the daily lives of the locals. The restaurant we chose was just a couple blocks away and plenty of convenient stores. Free juice, soda and coffee in the lobby as we arrived and for breakfast. Breakfast was very light. They served individually wrapped pastries (croissant was great), but I wish there was some sort of protein. Totally okay. The shop was a short walk and prices are very fair. "

"We are in Tokyo for our cruise trip. Room is nice, clean, tidy and has all the necessities amenities. Staffs are polite, kind, friendly and helpful. Able to put the luggage before and after so we can go out to explore Tokyo. Hotel has shuttle service to the airport but we didn’t use it since we go to the cruise terminal. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be staying again. "

"My room was all digitalized, we opened the door, the window drape was automatically drawn up and the sun light came in and the impressive view of Yokohama from 60th floor appeared. The amenities were very high grade. It is too bad that I stayed only one night. Staffs were polite and professional, but lack on friendly smiles IMO."

"We had a bay view room which had giant panoramic windows. The price was great, the area is nice. There isnt too much to do but it was a nice relaxing slow paced area to be in the last few days of our trip. Bed was very comfortable and the room was large. "
