We really liked our room. Parking was good since it had underground parking. The only thing was the elevator was very slow.

Convenient if you’re staying for a hockey game. Hotel is basic and the beds are very small. Every sound carries in this hotel and we were kept awake for most of the night. The pillows and bedding were very cheap. The pillows were extremely lumpy and the bedding was a flat sheet and a throw blanket so I’d recommend brining your own.

The front desk staff were fantastic when I had to cut short my stay. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist. Breakfast buffet was great. Lovely view to eat next to. Downside was I didn’t feel comfortable walking around in the evening on my own but I guess you get that in a lot of places nowadays.

The hotel was fine, but the billing experience was - and remains - weird. On morning of checkout, was notified by my credit card company that a $149.66 charge had been applied for no apparent reason. When I asked about it, I was first told that the charge was "hotel policy." This was unsatisfying, so I persisted in demanding an explanation. Eventually I was told it was an "IT error" and that the charge would be reversed in 3 to 5 days. I asked for a print-out of the charges and reversal and was told this was impossible. There are now a series of charges and holds on my credit card that make no sense. Situation still unresolved.

I was shocked that workers at site have no respect for customer's privacy. We were changing, staff knocked twice and entered the room. Everyone has the right and expectation of privacy. I will never go there and does not recommend anyone either. I did address to manager, seemed like it was a normal complaint for her.

Convenient area on the downtown edge, walking distance to Roger’s arena, good restaurants and bars. Revolving restaurant in hotel is priced accordingly for atmosphere and quality of food and a great way to view the city at night. Staff was pleasant with my brief interactions and hotel is well kept. Very good price point for the convenience and closeness to arena and night life.
