I like that each room is complete with a kitchen. There are few properties with this feature.
We arrived after 9:00 so the lobby was closed. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that closes its lobby. Had to be buzzed in and even though I had phoned twice after landing in Edmonton it was not a pleasant experience. It was like we weren’t expected. Our room had not been completely cleaned before our arrival and the tv was not working. The table in front of the tv was pulled out and that’s where there was food and garbage left. The cords for the tv had been unplugged. We would’ve called the front desk but again the lobby was closed and there was no phone in the room to contact a staff member. The door to the lobby was locked.
The breakfast in the morning was good with a nice variety of options.
I brought the rooms condition to the attention of the receptionist when checking out. Showed her the pics I had taken. She apologized and assured us that our concerns would be brought to the attention of the management.
