"They had canceled our booking and stated that there was a price difference, which I was already paid 1516rs around. They charged me extra 1250 rs for asking to arrange for other room, they said they had conveyed the cancellation message after almost few days of booking, which I didn’t recognised and they pointed all the blame over me. Hotel is good but they do these stuff and charge the people which is totally not agreeable. I am not at all satisfied with the deal."

Very nice and friendly staffs. In house food service and quality too was nice. To summarize, you could imagine a star hotel service with a personal butler at a cheaper price."
