"Convenient location at the center of Matsuyama, close to lots of shopping and dining options. Public bath was great for relaxing bath after long days. Breakfast menu was awesome with lots of local specialties, including 5 kinds of citrus juice. Highly recommend. "

"Beautiful room with amazing Onsen! Staff were very helpful. This hotel is located uphill from the main Dogo Onsen area and takes a few minutes of walking up the hill to get there, and there is no store or restaurant within 3-minutes walk. We didn't eat in but you probably should. We asked the hotel to call a taxi a couple of times and both times they tried very hard but couldn't find a car... Really?? No complaints to the hotel itself but I may want to stay at another hotel closer to the train station next time."
