"Very good location, just 50m from metro red line Rocafort station which made our trip much easier. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Room good size. Nice shower. Plenty of bistro, restaurant and 24h mini supermarket around the area specially in the Universitat metro station which is quite live. "

"The check in process is 100% self service through a kiosk. It’s not very user friendly and when you call for assistance the staff is not very nice or helpful. The air conditioner in our apartment wasn’t working when we checked in, they told us we needed to wait until the next day for someone to come look at it."
